Try not to panic.  Pull safely to the side of the road and park.  Be polite.  You must give your name, registration and driver's license.  You do not need to answer the officer's questions

You absolutely can refuse to participate in roadside sobriety manuvuers.  These are designed for the driver to fail.  Only a top flight ballerina can pass these tests.  So politely refuse to take them.     

You do not need to cooperate with a request to blow into a hand-held breath test device on the side of the road. These hand-held devices can be very inaccurate.  So politely refuse the offer to blow into a hand-held device.     

This is an interesting choice.  You have some options here.  If you agree to take an actual test I prefer a blood test over a breath test.  I believe a blood test is more accurate.  You may consider refusal but this choice carries significant consequences.
