COLORADO FELONY DEFENSE

A felony is a crime that is punishable in part by a prison sentence.  A felony is far more serious than a misdemeanor charge.   

Colorado has six levels of felonies.  The most serious is a class one felony.   The least serious is a class six felony.   

In Colorado, certain felonies are probation eligible.  Others are not.  You will need an attorney who will review your case, help you understand the charges, review the evidence and the discovery, and come up with a game plan to help you resolve your case.   

Common felonies include murder, homicide, burglary, felonious assault, felony theft, kidnapping, felony child abuse, robbery, weapons offense, drug offenses, and similar charges.
